What you're describing is exactly what's going on with all of my computers which were running IE6 with Flash and I upgraded to IE7 and all of a sudden sites begun to not even recognize that I did in fact had Flash installed. So I decided to (on my laptop) to look for some uninstaller and I did, I just don't know if it's the latest version. and I was able to unsintall it and re-install it by going to their site, and that worked. But, I periodically have to perform that on both of my laptops. But on my desktop (the one I use mainly and now) continues to experience the problem on Soapbox. Everything is shown except the video, it just appears black and I can hear the sound in the background. But then I run Mozilla and it works just fine. If there is some other uninstaller or some other step I need to do during the installation, please I would greatly appreciate any help. I tried looking for your e-mail address so I wouldn't have to comment here. So I believe that you can get my e-mail by clicking on my name, so thanks a lot for even responding to my comment on the Soapbox team blog. Later. 21 Nov.
